Anime Piece Money Guide: How to Earn Cash and What to Buy First
Anime Piece money, explained: repeat island quests for steady cash, top up with wood sales and chests, and spend your first earnings on quest tools, a boat, the level-50 fruit spin and key upgrades.
Quick answer
Quests are the main way to earn money in Anime Piece. Finish a mission, take the repeat mission option, and keep farming the fastest repeatable quest until the quest giver offers a new one. Spend your first cash on the cheap tools that unlock more quests (an axe, a hoe, water buckets) and a boat, then save 10,000 for the level-50 fruit spin.
- Repeatable quests on the first islands paid 300-400 per run, and one player reached 10,000 cash by level 50-65 this way
- Side income: chests on the starter island give free money, and chopped wood sells to the wood-buying NPC (one sale paid 220)
- Major purchases later: the 10,000 fruit spin at level 50, Black Leg (15,000), Flash Step (5,500 plus souls) and Armament Haki V1 (50,000 after its quests)
How to earn money in Anime Piece
Quests are the core income in Anime Piece, and every island has them. Quest givers hand out all kinds of task missions - defeating groups of NPCs, collecting marked items, chopping marked trees, feeding horses, repairing hydrants - and each completion pays money and experience together. The Anime Piece quests page follows the full mission chain.
The mechanic that makes this profitable is the repeat option. When you finish a mission, the game lets you repeat it, and farming the fastest repeatable quest until the giver offers a new one is the standard money loop. Payouts on the starting islands are small per run - observed completions paid 300 and 400 - but they stack up quickly: one player running repeat missions had 10,000 cash by around level 50-65, purely from questing.
Two side sources top up your wallet early. Chests scattered around the starter island give free money when opened, and once you own an axe you can sell chopped wood to the wood-buying NPC (one observed sale paid 220). Keep in mind that only quest-marked trees count toward collection quests, so treat wood as a bonus, not a replacement for missions.
If you are brand new, the Anime Piece leveling guide follows the route from the first hours on, and it is worth claiming the current Anime Piece codes while you play.

What to spend your money on first
Early cash is best spent on the cheap tools that unlock more quests and travel (all prices below were observed during roughly the first 50 levels):
- Axe (~95) - required for the tree-chopping missions, and it lets you sell wood afterwards.
- Hoe (150) - needed before you can collect hay for the farm and horse-feeding quest.
- Water buckets (50 each) - sold by Miss Water and used to craft banana splits, which the Armament Haki quest line later requires.
- Boat (~1,000) - your ride to the next island and its quest givers.
Starter shops also sell swords, but early cash may not stretch that far yet - one new player with 800 on hand could not afford the katana. Keep questing anyway; gear upgrades come quickly once missions start paying.
Your first big savings target is a fruit. From level 50, the Do-good store on the starter island spins a random fruit for 10,000, with observed results including Bomb, Flame and Emperor. The result is random, and one creator also mentions a free spin every hour (every 30 minutes with a game pass), though that interval is not confirmed elsewhere. Prefer to choose? Fruit stock NPCs on West Island and other islands sell specific in-stock fruits directly for cash (some cost Robux instead), and their stock changes by island and visit - Chop, Barrier, Bomb, Flame, Beast, Quake, Scarlet and Emperor have all appeared. A nearby NPC also removes your current fruit for about 6,500. The fruit gacha page breaks down how the rolls work.
From there, cash converts into movement and combat power:
- Flash Step costs 5,500 plus 15 Bandit Souls, 15 Rigaru Bandit Souls and 5 Igor Souls, taught by the cave NPC behind the starter-island whirlpool; the souls drop from starter-island bandits and the Rigaru boss. More in the movement skills guide.
- Sanji's Black Leg fighting style costs 15,000 - see fighting styles.
- Key Dash needs level 200, the bronze, silver and gold boss keys and 10,000, regardless of how much cash you carry.
- Stat reset costs 4,500 at the West Island NPC if you want to redistribute your points.
The priciest goals sit at level 200 and beyond. Armament Haki V1 costs 50,000 after completing its three quests (level 200, 1 million cumulative damage, five banana splits and 25 boss kills), covered in the armament haki guide. Island shops also sell gear such as the Scouter accessory (3,500), Future Trunks' sword (10,000), Kirito's outfit (15,000), Mac's sword (17,000) and M5's axe (30,000), and crafting Kirito's dual swords takes 25,000 cash plus a Shadow Blade, an Emerald Blade, five Magic Balls and a Dual Essence.
Anime Piece money costs at a glance
These are observed example prices, not fixed rates - shop stock varies by island, and level- or quest-locked purchases need their requirements no matter how much cash you carry.
